Hope all are carrying out perfectly in this challenging time that is so amazingly heartbreaking and profoundly enraging. These sentiments are widely shared by our group below in Texas as they need to be almost everywhere.

Emilio, myself, and members of Nuestro Grupo/Academia Cuauhtli, our Saturday faculty, are convening Sunday’s push conference and therapeutic ceremony and write generally to invite you and your people to it in purchase to equally honor the victims and survivors in Uvalde and to encourage our very own healing with our youngsters, mothers and fathers, Austin group, and country.

It will take spot bodily this Sunday at 9AM CST in the zócalo at the ESB-MACC found at 600 River St. in Austin, TX 78701. 

Make sure you fall by if you occur to be in the region.

Our ceremony will be livestreamed on at the very least 3 web pages as follows: on the Academia Cuauhtli Facebook site, the HABLA (Hispanic Advocates Organization Leaders of Austin), as very well as on the Nationwide LULAC Fb webpage

The party begins with a press conference at 9AM with danza Mexica (Aztec dance) ceremony commencing at 10AM CST and concluding around 12:00PM CST. 

If you simply cannot make it to Austin, do invite your kids and grandchildren, in individual, to join us pretty much at 10AM when danza begins. The grown ups can be a part of us before at 9AM for our livestreamed push meeting. This will give you a probability to hear what is on the hearts and minds of essential leaders and members of the Latina/o/x local community.
